ORIN LLC - MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

To protect the investment of our retail partners and maintain the premium brand equity of Orin LLC products, we have established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

1. Policy Statement Authorized retailers may not advertise Orin LLC products at a price lower than the established Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) listed below.

2. Established MSRP (Effective 2026)

• Bulgarian Rose Body Oil: $85.00 (50ml) | $145.00 (100ml)

• Yuzu Body Oil: $75.00 (50ml) | $125.00 (100ml)

• Hinoki Body Oil: $75.00 (50ml) | $125.00 (100ml)

• Naked (Unscented) Body Oil: $75.00 (50ml) | $125.00 (100ml)

3. Guidelines This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including print flyers, in-store displays, websites, social media, and email newsletters. Retailers may sell Orin products at any price they choose in-store; however, they may not advertise the products below the MAP.

4. Temporary Sales & Promotions Retailers may run temporary store-wide promotions that apply to Orin products, provided the discount is applied at checkout and the advertised listing price remains at the established MSRP.

5. Violations Violations of this policy will result in a formal warning. Continued violation will result in the immediate revocation of the retailer’s wholesale purchasing privileges and the cancellation of any pending orders.
